Cancellation Policy

1:1 Design Session Policy Your 1:1 Design Session is a focused, one hour virtual consultation dedicated to your space, questions, and design decisions. To make the most of our time together, please submit any relevant photos, plans, measurements, inspiration images, product links, or questions prior to your session. The more context provided in advance, the more effectively we can use our time together. Sessions are limited to one hour. Additional design work, sourcing, drawings, documentation, or follow up services are not included unless otherwise discussed and arranged. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are non refundable. Missed appointments are also non refundable. Recommendations provided during the consultation are based on the information, photographs, dimensions, and other details provided by the client. As this is a virtual consultation, clients are responsible for confirming site conditions, measurements, product dimensions, availability, installation requirements, and any applicable building requirements before purchasing or proceeding with work. Product availability and pricing can change, and specific items discussed during the session cannot be guaranteed to remain available. The consultation provides professional interior design guidance and recommendations. It does not include architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, engineering, or other regulated professional services. By booking a 1:1 Design Session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above.
